On August 25, 2024,DESA Automobile signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhengzhou Kaixue Refrigeration Equipment Company at our Xinyang production base. The ceremony was attended by our Chairman Zhang Zhengguang and Kaixue Chairman Feng Renjun.

On August 8, 2024, Henan Desa Automobile and WeRide Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement at our Beijing R&D Center. The ceremony was attended by DESA Chairman Zhang Zhengguang, New Energy Division General Manager Long Shaoyi, WeRide Vice President Zhang Yonggang, and Delivery Director Xue Jiangang. Through this partnership, the two companies will combine our expertise in new energy special-purpose vehicles with WeRide’s advanced autonomous driving technologies to jointly develop green, intelligent sanitation solutions. The cooperation marks an important step in accelerating innovation for sustainable and smart urban services.
As a result of this collaboration, the companies jointly developed the Robosweeper DS1, a fully driverless autonomous street sweeper with a maximum speed of 20 km/h. Equipped with high-beam LiDAR for precision obstacle detection and trajectory prediction, along with advanced inertial navigation and high-definition mapping, the DS1 can perform close-edge sweeping while intelligently navigating around static and dynamic obstacles.
